Apart from the fact that the service is horrible. I bought some milk yesterday, today when I was going to use it I realized that it was already open and filled with only water. There is no way to justify this and obviously they are not going to give me a refund, so I am posting my comment so that it doesn't happen to anyone.

Bad service I asked for photos they didn't know how to take them and they charged me and also the girl who took them wrong, got rude and arrogant the other girl who did know was kind!

Acceptable. It is not a very good experience in terms of service and customer care.

In general, a good establishment for last-minute or emergency purchases, since it has a large assortment of medicines, food and basics and delicatessens. A 24-hour schedule and plenty of parking spaces. They should only be more careful in cleaning their facilities and in the dairy area in the refrigerators.

Terrible customer service, the employees are never there and worst of all, they don't respect prices and they jump on customers. They are stupid since many fights would be avoided if they respect the prices but they prefer that one go to profeco
